    4. Please note that players should wear appropriate swimwear. Balls and caps are supplied.
    5. Wearing of rash shirts and goggles is not allowed as these cause injuries through entanglement
    6. and ball impact.
    7. Sunday afternoons and evening 4pm - 8pm
