Sorriso BJJ Club Botany
Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes · East Tāmaki
About this provider
The kids' Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes teach grappling without strikes, and the club says its Black Belt coaches have taught Auckland kids since 2006. 1 Children train in four age groups, and each class follows the same routine: a bow in, warm-up, a technique of the day, partner drilling, then games or supervised live rounds. 5 Partners are matched by age, size and experience, and parents are welcome to watch any class. 12 13 Kids follow the international youth belt system, and under SJJIF rules a child spends at least eight months at each belt. 14
